If you are planning on lying you shouldn't post it on the boards. The policy is 3 year olds need a ticket.

I suggest you do a search for all the threads on this subject.

if you are asking permission to lie about your son's age, I doubt you will get anyone to give it to you. Is it ok? No, IMHO, it is not.

i wasn't looking for permission - rather - whether anyone had heard of anyone doing it and not having a problem -

yes people do it all the time.

Hmm..first post and you are asking about sneaking in a 3 year old as a two year old? Why not ask if you can pool hop and reuse mugs while you watch the fireworks from the Poly Beach LOL. Gosh, do you have on a flame retardent suit?

If this is legit, I apologize in advance!

Darn, today is my B-day, and I thought this thread was going to be some advice for me.:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

My DD9 (who can't keep a secret) has been after me all day to tell her my age. :teeth: Should I?:jester:

This looks like a troll, sorry if it is not.

Of course I lie about my age all the time, my kids are convinced I am 29.

Even though it's expensive as heck for a seasonal pass, when my daughter turns 3 on the 27th of this month, she's getting one. I can not honestly lie to a theme park just to save some money.

Lying about a child's age to get a cheaper price is the same as shoplifting. Not a good example for the kids either.

No problem. Those age restrictions are merely suggestions. So is everything else in the park. Make sure you have your "2" year old son enjoy some of the candy from those big bins at the chocolate shop on mainstreet. It'll have prices on it, but those are just suggestions too. You can just "say" you paid for it if they ask.

I think I'm dreaming again! ::yes:: Its a trick question right? Maybe I'm not getting it.

I do believe the question has been answered!

Oops - Did we say "Welcome to Disboards?" You are rachelfran - aren't you? You could be a ghost poster.

i did not realize this was such a point of contention on these boards... the link the prior post doesn't work for me...

i'm sorry if the question makes you all so uncomfortable.

rachelfran , Hi! I don't think it makes us uncomfotable, necessarily. You just basically walked up and asked a bunch of strangers if it would be OK for you to be a liar to suit your needs.
What is anyone supposed to say?
Personally, I'm not going to lose any sleep over wether or not you lie to get your kid in for free. Sure, it can be done. Stick a pacifier in the kid's mouth, dare him to contradict you when he hears you tell the CM he is only 2 years old, then stroll on into the Happiest Place on Earth. No one is going to demand a birth certificate or anything.
That wouldn't make any wonderful memories for me that I'd want to remember, but is that the answer you wanted?
