The Crossroads is at the corner of Hotel Blvd and Hwy 535. Hotel Blvd dead ends into Downtown Disney and all the offsite "Downtown Disney" hotels are on that street. There is a variety of restaurants and specialty shops in the mall. If you go to Google Maps and enter "Crossroads Lake Buena Vista" the very first entry will be it. You can zoom in and some of the restaurants are labeled. There is also a grocery store there named "Goodlings" which is VERY expensive.

not really a place to spend any time i dont think, we have eaten at tgis there but thats about it

This site lists the places there. http://www.joneslanglasalle.com/microsites/retail_pdfs/leaseplans/crossroads.pdf

It hasn't been updated for about a year(maybe 2) but don't think anythings changed except Sweet Tomatoes has now opened.

If we want a McD's we usually use the one at Crossroads, usually quiet & spotlessly clean. One of the staff has been there as long as we have been going.
Sweet Toms is great if you don't want to trail up Idrive or don't have a car, we prefer Idrive location though.
Beyond Crossroads, LBV has just about everything you need for food, Chilis, Orlando Ale house, Hooters, Black Angus, numerous more. We prefer to stay around LBV to any other location, including onsite.

We've been there a couple of times and usually eat at Chevvy's (Mexican), but also ate at Flippers Pizzeria in August which was quite cheap. In addition, Olive Garden is just a little further if you turn left at the top of Hotel Plaza Boulevard rather than going straight ahead into Crossroads.

Goodings is more expensive that Walmart for groceries etc, but if you don't have a car, it is walkable from the hotels on Hotel Plaza Boulevard.

We usually take at least one trip here while we are away, I like a look around Goodings too!
Not somewhere that we would plan spending a long time at though, it's usually a stop off on the way back to our villa.

We ate at the perkins there for breakfast - if you sign up to their website you get a bogof coupon.

As far as I know Goodings is still open but I too had heard it was closing. It's gross, not to mention overpriced, in there so no loss.

If you want a ''proper'' burger down at the crossroads try Fudruckers. Best burger in the world IMO. Not cheap and cheerful like Maccy D's but you def get what you pay for :)

we stay at Saratoga Springs and walk down to crossroads on our trips as it makes a change from the expensive disney restaurants. we love it down there.
