Sorry, had to pull the spreadsheet off, need to make some changes to it.

I have put together a few sheets actually into an Excel workbook and thought I'd share if anyone else can make use of it. I gave it to a friend and she found it helpful. I put some notes on the first sheet that should make it easier to figure out and I left some of our info in it so you can see how it works.
