The pillow is adorable! I really like it. I also love your dress, its very princessy - I'm sure you look beautiful in it. I know that you dyed your crinnie..I was wondering if it shows through your dress at all? I think I want to dye mine as well, but I'm so afraid it will show through.

About the seating arrangements at LSS, I was having the same problem. I wish the tables in there weren't so small. Which means people with a family of 5 will have to have a whole table to themselves and one seat would be wasted. With such small tables, thats just more centerpieces I will have to purchase...

that dress is fantastic, i LOVE the pick ups in the skirt and the corset back, it'll look so great with the blue crinnie...it reminds me of mine, weird...

anyway, i feel ya babeecee14 on the lss tables, it's driving me crazy...

kristen, what do your bm gowns look like?

Hey Kristen!

How are you doing? I had a quick question for you. I remember you were having some printing issues with your invitations. I seem to be having the same drama :sad2:. My printer at home is pretty crappy and the quality sucks. I was going to have DF print the invites on his color printer at work :rolleyes1, but then he just told me that the printer can't print on the cardstock (paper too thick) :headache:. I believe you said you went to Office Max to print and cut your invites... do you mind my asking how much that ended up costing? Cuz I went to Staples and the guy told me it would be $2 per sheet and $2 per cut . That seems to add up to quite a bit since I will have all those little inserts to cut up too... Anyway, since you went through something similar, I was just wondering what your suggestion would be. Thanks in advance and sorry for the long post :upsidedow.

$2 to print and $2 more to cut sounds outrageous!! If you cant find something more reasonable, it may be cheaper to just buy a new printer... you can get a pretty good one for around $50 at Wal Mart.

I agree. That is outrageous. I actually think you might have been misquoted. But, just FYI, $2 per cut is not $2 per sheet to cut. Say you wanted a stack of 50 sheets cut into four pieces. That's two cuts (as long as 50 sheets fit in their heavy duty cutter), therefore $4. That makes more sense. The $2 to print still sounds wrong. Did they know you were providing your own paper? If you are printing in color, did you tell them you don't want them printed like photos. The $2 price maybe makes sense if you were printing an 8x10 photo on high quality photo paper with the highest print dpi setting. I think you should go there with an example sheet. Good luck!

I ended up choosing a "convertible" bra from VS. Hahaha! It's weird that they call them that. I am also wearing spanx. Overall this option was more comfortable and looked better with my dress than the corset did.

VS also has a strapless body shaper slip thing. It's like a corset bra, but it goes all the way to your upper thigh. If you are going to VS, PM me. I got an e-mail coupon today to use in the stores. It's $5 off $30, $10 off $50, $15 off $75, or $25 off $100. Not that you will spend $100 on a corset bra, but maybe you'll decide you want some pjs too.

Have you tried Frederick's of Hollywood? When I worked there, we would get tons of brides. They have a lot of different styles of strapless bras.

Ahhh...now that makes much more sense. Thanks!

I'm hoping to have the girl who alters my dress sew something in. When I tried on the dress they seemed to think it would not be a problem. I'm definately in that need a lift catagory! But I hate to have lots of bulky stuff underneath, especially since we are getting married in June.

This is what I'm doing. I have not been endowed, so not only to I need lift, I need padding. So my seamstress is sewing in cups and cookies (padding). I'm actually going to try on my dress with her again tomorrow with my shoes and to see how the weight loss has affected fit. I still haven't figured out what I'm wearing for underware/ pantyhose... I think I'm going to be hitting up Macy's after work today for some Spanx.

i'm jumping into this a bit late...but if the black bra works and doesn't show at all, why not wear it? or, why not buy that same one in a different color (say, blue to match the other undergarments)?
