i only have randy and sage (videographer) for half of my reception as well. i'm going to do a "fake" cake cutting, just to get pics, i'm not throwing a bouquet, so i don't have to worry about that...in order to not miss out on any reception moments, i'm putting disposable camera's on each table, with a table tent that says:

PICTURE IT…
Caryn & Mark LOVE random photos!
Please use this camera to take pictures during our reception, write your email address on the back of this card and we will send you the link to our reception photos once we return home! Have fun!!!

I'm getting these little stickers instead of disposable cameras. I like your idea about suggesting random photos. I may do the same... we'll have professional shots, so why not get some fun ones??

As far as your earrings, I LOVE the starfish...where did you find them? I like starfish in general so I may be partial heck I would wear those earrings whenever and not just at my wedding
