I voted no, not knowing exactly what you were asking, but my answer meant "no, my opinion of what was done would not change."

It was a horrific event, the people who plotted this were psycho and/or evil, and no matter WHY they did it, it cost a lot of innocent lives, was plain old WRONG, and there was no excuse for it.
