is there a way to deactivate my account on here. ?
If so does it remove all past posts ?

if you leave dopes it remove all prevoius posts.

if none of above is possible can I change my user name. ( its a personal reason I need to remove my name ideally )

The only way to remove past posts is to edit them yourself and delete them.
We don't change usernames, just logoff, change your email and create a new username.

How do I prevent emails from coming to me? I received 2 birthday emails, neither of which had an unsubscribe link.

Change your email to something fake is the easiest way.
