Delayed MK Openings?

I read somewhere that Adventureland does not open until 10:00 during non-peak times? I am specifically wondering about October non-EE days. Was this true in Oct. 2003 and will this policy be in place Oct. 2004? (Point me in the right direction if there is a current thread about this.)

I know that Fantasyland and Tomorrow land open at 9:00 and that Toon Town doesn't open until 10:00 but what about the other side of MK?

If there is a delayed entry into Adventureland, does it include Frontierland too - how about the "big" rides here - Splash, HM BTMR, & POTC?

Is there a place on the Disney website that I can check to see what time this area of the park opens a week or so before I leave or is this a non-published policy?

Toon Town (and a handful of the less utilized attractions) open at 10am. Adventureland was doing a delayed 10am opening however they have not done this in the past few months (obviously since it was summer time) and there is no word when or if it will resume. Even if Adventureland opens later that does not affect Frontierland... Spalsh Mountain and Big Thunder both open at 9am with the official park opening.

If I recall, there was a delayed opening for the area with PoTC when we went in December last year (early dec). It was roped off.. not sure what time it was though.. but def after regular opening.

When we last went in March and in May of this year, Adventureland was open to walk through..but not all attractions were open, Jungle Cruise opened at 10am I know. PoC and the Alladin Magic Carpet were open at 9am I believe...
