OK,
I've asked this before but I can't find my own post (the new search tool never works for me).

Could someone tell me a company who could help me transfer a deed from 2 owner down to 1? No sales are involved, just deleting 1 name from the deed. The whole thing has been paid off and I even requested and have ROFR approved already.
We were going to do it ourselves but our schedules have not been able to mesh in the past year or so. :(
But we couldn't get the notary signing or the deed recorded yet.

Oh and how much approximately that service would cost?

Thank you!

A local real estate attorney would do this very cheap, plus the cost of recording.

Just used Timeshare Closing. 877-889-2373
Cost $150. All went smooth so far. Waiting for new deed now.

Thanks everyone.
I will call Timeshare closing place now... thanks so much!

edit:
Does anybody know who to look for in Timeshare closing store?
I've been on hold for over 10 minutes now without anybody coming on the phone.
:(

Don't know if this is a good idea now... :(

Thanks , finally got someone on the phone...

Let us know how it goes, OK? Thanks!

Best wishes -
