Decorating the cabin before / during?

My initial post was hexed so I'm trying again <grin>

I'm curious about purchasing cabin decorations to celebrate an event on the cruise (birthday, anniversary, etc.) For those of you who've already done this -

1. Who did you purchase the decorations from?

2. Did you put them up or were they there waiting when the door was opened?

3. Was it worth it?

This is something that Shirley at The Perfect Gift (www.theperfectgift.cc) is able to provide. Due to security restrictions, however, it is not possible to have the cabin decorated prior to your arrival.
