No, they said that wouldn't be accepting any new applications until April, like they periodically do when they receive a lot of applications.

They review the oldest applications first, so those who applied in November
could very well be considered for CL positions now.

Lol... It took me till mid December to get my rejection letter after I applied in august.

This is the response I got. This was from an application I submitted in December:

Thank you for your interest in the VMK Community Leader program.

At this time we are not able to add any more Leaders to the team. This does not mean you are not qualified or wanted. It means that right now the team is full, and we don't want to keep you waiting any longer for a reply.

We will be accepting applications again some time AFTER April 1, 2006.

And this sort of thing is why i've logged 25 hours on CS and BF2 over the past 2 1/2 weeks. I havent been on VMK since the narnia stuff came out. I will come back eventually but I am sick of the game's support.
