Deck 12 vs. Deck 11?

Hello! Looking for any opinions as I am choosing staterooms....Deck 12 vs. 11 on the Dream. This is concierge. 12 is the higher deck, but we would be right outside the Concierge Lounge. On Deck 11 would things be quieter? Then you just have the locker rooms for the spa, and basically nothing else?

Would be 12012 vs. 11002.

Any advice appreciated, first time on a DCL ship!

We recently sailed concierge on the Fantasy; I'm assuming the layout for the Dream is similar. We had a room on Deck 12 literally right outside the elevator bank that leads into the concierge lounge and LOVED that location. People don't really congregate outside the lounge so we didn't notice any hallway noise, and it was super convenient to be able to pop over to the lounge in just a few steps. We're used to sailing on the older ships where the lounge is two floors up from all the concierge rooms, and this felt so much nicer.

Looks like the rooms you're considering are a little further down the hall but I highly doubt they'd be very noisy (of course, someone who has actually stayed in that location would have a more accurate view). How much does having to go up the additional staircase to get to the lounge matter to you?

No issue with stairs, healthy younger couple with two kids (7 and 4).
