Hi all!
My DH and I have narrowed down our second anniversary dinner choices to 5 restaurants. The anniversary is July 13th (Tuesday this year) and we know that we need to get our PS in ASAP. We need suggestions from those who have been there recently or who know Disney better than I (It's been 11 years - Too Long!). Much appreciation for any suggestions.
Can't wait to get back to the magic!! And I don't mean the basketball team. :hyper:

1. California Grill
2. Jiko
3. Artist Point
4. Restaurant Akerhaus
5. Flying Fish

You have a tough choice! I've been to CA Grill, AP, and Akershus. I would vote for AP because of the atmosphere and the food.

I liked the food at CA Grill, but I remember it being noisy and not really that romantic, except for when the lights dimmed for the fireworks at MK. I like the food a LOT at Akershus, but I don't know if I would really think of going there for an anniversary dinner, I think I would prefer a restaurant in a resort.

So far every time have a list of restaurants with CA Grill on the list, I am overrun with suggestions to go there. I understand that "noisy" is what some people just consider a regular bustling restaurant. I love bustle. Makes me feel like the place is alive and you are part of something. When it is too quiet, I almost get uneasy! LOL

Anyway, I am going there in Sept for my birthday dinner with hubby, and have every confidence it will be romantic and prefect. And when the lights dim, and I see the fireworks over the castle...let's just say I hope I don't tear up! :)

OUt of the ones listed I would go to Akershus. I was really surprised how quiet and pretty this restaurant is, and the srevice is wonderful. I thought the food was excellent, including the Ringnes beer.

Happy Anniversary!

Our top three....

Jiko, Artist Point or Flying Fish..all of those..great anniversary dinner spots..wow you can't go wrong.

I have only eaten at Jiko, Artist Point and Restaurant Akershus and of those 3 hands down, no question, Artist Point by a long shot. But that JMHO!!!:flower: :flower:
