with everyone's help I have decided to go to Plaza Inn for my sons 9th birthday. The only problem is we are going in 2 weeks so reservations are going to be tricky. I've been stalking the app and right now I have a 7:10 reservation for Saturday the 10th. MM that day is at 7:00 and refilarbpark opens at 8. We don't have mm (staying offsite and have aps this year) so it could be fun but it's awfully early or 9:10 Sunday morning when the park opens at 8:00. We will only be there those 2 days. Ideally I would love a 10:30 reservation to take advantage of all the morning hours we can and then have a late breakfast, but if you had to choose between those two times what would you do?

I would definitely do the Saturday at 7:10 AM. It's your first day in the parks so you will be able to get up with enthusiasm for the day, and it's a fun way to start the trip. Plus, bonus hour! We have done the 7:10 reservation before and really enjoyed it. The food was fresh. The characters were abundant. The restaurant wasn't very crowded.

We always try to do 710 if we can. That way we are done by 8 and ready to hit the park!

7:10 on Saturday is our favorite time for Plaza Inn.

The 7:10 is likely the first slot of the day so you will get great character interaction that day. I'd pick it and then keep looking - people can cancel up to the day before.

I would take the 7:10 for now and keep checking for a 10:30 or 10:40. I was able to get a 10:30 reservation two days before we went, even though there was nothing at all available for weeks leading up to the date. People start canceling reservations the closer you get to the date.

Do it! We did 710 on a non magic morning day. Great character interaction AND becausenyour scanned into the park you can book fast passes via maxpass while you eat.

Thanks everyone! I kept my 7:10 reservation. We are staying right across the street so we can always come back for an afternoon nap! I'm getting so excited!
