I agree with you - I think that especially during free dining that this is taking advantage. And, yes, there is an age limit - it is over 9. Anyone going during free dining who is under 9 years of age is entitled to the child's dining plan for FREE. Anyone over that is entitled to the adults dining plan for free.
But I do think that we should all do this for free dining this year - even with our 3 and 4 year olds. To prove the point that if everyone took advantage in this way - Disney would be unlikely to offer free dining again.
