I plan but my plans are just knowing what park is least recommended and avoiding those parks. I don't really like being restricted but the DDP doesn't help as we normally eat in the park and again that has been booked to be in the recommended park for the day.
Same. We plan which park to visit each day based on a crowd calendar and avoiding parks we know are likely to be busy. More often than not though, we spend a couple of hours in our chosen park first thing in the morning then end up somewhere else for the afternoon. I guess this is easier to do when you're staying onsite.
With regards to dining, we try and make most of our reservations around the Epcot area as that's where we stay. It makes it easier for us in the evenings as there's less pressure to get somewhere and be in a rush. When we eat further away we try and do it where we know we're having a more quiet or relaxed day so again, we won't be rushed to get anywhere.
