It is unlimited, we have confirmation from Disney that there is no limit to the number of photos at the $125 price. Only 300 will fit on a CD, so if there are more you just end up with a second or third CD, no extra charge. One group that already did this ended up with 1900 photos!

The 1900 photo group was me with a June group.

I'd like to lead another group with 5 other people for a total of 6. My trip dates are Dec. 29 - Jan. 5. I'd prefer to be grouped with others with trips within the date range of Dec. 22 - Jan. 6. Another DIS'er from my June group may be interested in joining my Dec/Jan group again, and I'll contact her and ask her to post here if she's interested.
