December MaGiC or was it?!? TR starts Pg. 39

Aviva would love those light up lollipops...I will have to look for them.

And now need a trip to the dollar store as well. Thanks for the ideas.

:wizard: Awesome! That's what I should be doing but I am not very creative. :upsidedow

I guess thats one of my talents. It'll save me lots of $$ too. I plan on bring everything I need to Disney & making them there - I'll post final pictures of them then. When I say basket, I plan on putting everything in those foldable cardboard baskets that Dollar Tree always has. It comes with the cardboard you put together & the plastic wrap & twist tie. I'll add some shreded red paper & :wizard: it'll be done. The things I am getting for the contents are all things they can do/use while over there.

Aren't the lollipops neat? They had Pooh, Minnie & Daisy. I really would have liked to get 1 of them Pooh, but it was lemon flavored. Not sure either boy would have liked it. The girly ones had better flavors but I guess it would have been wrong of me to get them those. Though I did think about it

Hi!! Thought I would pop on over and visit your Pre trippie. Sounds like you are ALL prepared!

Way to go!

I miss having little ones around. Now I just have bratty teenagers. No, they aren't that bad. At least if they start acting up somewhere, I can leave them, and pretty much guarantee they will survive.

Not that I have ever thought about it:rolleyes1 !!

I love all the cute goodies. I wouldn't mind the tummy ticklers for myself. :)

Thanks - I'll have lots more coming by December.

Of course you haven't ever thought about that. ;)

Figured I come & make sure everyone didn't think my PT was abandoned. We've been busy. Camp, Daycare, Parties, Swimming Lessons, T-ball & the list could go on & on. I'be been coming check out DIS but didn't have anything to contribute to my own report. Until now....

Something new for the boys' baskets. Punching balls - Pooh for DS2 & Pirates for DS1 - from Dollar Tree

I also found what I was looking for in a backpack. I wanted mesh. I wanted cup/drink holders on each side. We'd previously borrowed one from my nephew but he didn't have his anymore.

This one seems perfect. It has a little zippered spot big enough for diapers/wipes. Then a spot for our personal things like license, tickets, cards, etc., then a bigger zippered section & then an even bigger zippered section plus the 2 holders on each side. Got it at Shoe Dept. for $35.00

That does look like the perfect bag. I have been shopping around trying to find the perfect bag, no such luck yet. I like an over the shoulder bag and just can't seem to find one that will fit my Disney needs.

Love punching balls, hours and hours of fun. Your kids are going to have so much fun just with the baskets you are preparing for them.

I bought some tummy ticklers just cause they are so darned cute, DH looked at me like I was a dork. I am so used to ignoring that look now.

I hope it is the perfect bag for us. I love it when I'm not looking for something & it just pops out & calls my name. Because would you believe I was at Shoe Dept. looking for shoes :confused3 and out popped that bag.

We all get used to those looks :rotfl: but for the very first time my DH seemed interested in letteing me learn through DIS. He took the baby from me the other night & said that way I could go check out Disney stuff to find fun stuff for us to do when we go. He is coming around. He loves Disneybut thinks I plan too much. Oh well..

Plan too much? that is unheard of when it comes to Disney! Ya gotta have plans and plans to back up the plans that might fall through. There's all kinds of plans. Definite plans, thinking about it plans, plans on the back burner...the list is endless, and it's ok cause it's for Disney. Any other reason you'd be plain nuts.

I'm with you on that one. :thumbsup2

So, last night, I was checking our flight schedule (so many DISers told me to stay on top of that since I booked so early) & there was a change. This was our originals plans :

leaving New Orleans at 6:45 p.m. - arriving in Orlando at 9:30 p.m. - non stop
leaving Orlando at 10:35 a.m. - arriving New Orleans at 11:30 a.m. - non stop

So they changed both flights...

leaving New Orleans at 6:16 p.m.; arriving at Orlando at 11:59 - 1 stop
leaving Orlando at 2:01 p.m.; arriving at New Orleans at 2:55 p.m. - non stop

our seat assignments were gone

So if course I got on the phone right away with Delta. :chat: I couldn't have that 1at flight with the stop. Not with the baby, not arriving in Disney till midnight - No Way :sad2:

Our new flight schedule is:

leaving New Orleans at 3:20 p.m.; arriving at Orlando at 6:15 p.m. - non stop
leaving Orlando at 2:01 p.m.; arriving at New Orleans at 2:55 p.m. - non stop

Got the same seats on return flight - different but alright on the departure flight.

So we get MORE TIME IN DISNEY!!! WOOHOO!! :dance3:

And luckily, I had a leftover CS meal to use incase we could have breakfast the day we leave - & we also had an extra CS I didn't know what we'd do with - looks like we'll use it arrival night. Probably both at the resort. POFQ.

That reminds me - I still haven't heard of anyone getting reservations at Donald's Safari & I saved one of our TS for this - maybe I should make another breakfast reservation just incase this restaurant falls through. :confused3

And what do all think about Magical Express - when we were arriving at 9:20- DH was going to get our own luggage - now will 6:15 be too late for them to get it to us that night?

2 more days and you will be down to the 4 month ticker!! Woohoo!! I was so happy when mine turned.:woohoo:

TGM finally (as if December is next month or something :rotfl2: )has his Dec. 2007 stuff up & it looks like my scheduled days are ok by him. Thats gotta be a plus. :woohoo:

I'm enjoying your pre-trippie. Your boys are too cute! Do you plan on having the little guy's hair cut on Main Street? Ds will be 14 months when we go and I can't wait for his first haircut!

Checked flights again & changed again. Not too bad this time, just by 1 minute & flight #. Had to call to get our seats again though. Its gonna be a long 4 months

I feel your pain on the flight changes. I know they have a right to change for whatever reason they deem necessary but it is so frustrating! :headache:

This time only our flight # changed, but you guessed it - I had to call to get our seats. Going right along.....:rolleyes1
