December BCV 2bd to cancel

Not sure if this is allowed or if it's the right place for it. But here goes.
My extended family finally gave me a definite NO on going to Disney. So I will be cancelling a 2bd BCV for Dec 2nd thru 6th. Not sure when wait lists are filled, whether it's immediate or not. But if someone wants to try and coordinate, kind of like ADR threads, please let me know. I want to cancel by tomorrow.

FWIW, not sure those dates will even go back into inventory. I cancelled one night (12/4) earlier today at the Poly and it never appeared back in inventory. I checked immediately after cancelling and several times periodically for about an hour. I think they may have changed how the waitlist program works.

So it didn't work. It may be Disney holding inventory back in case guests at wilderness lodge want to switch. I remember reading somewhere that they are holding back some resorts just for this purpose.

It probably was waitlists. They are done moving people from VWL - anyone who books now should be aware of the construction as they have notices of it up so they aren't moving any more.
