December/April Possiblities

Hi all,

Just entering a contract with 2006 points...Would love to take a three or four night long weekend in mid-December at any DVC...What are the chances of getting a ressie? I know I've read a lot about December being a very busy time.

How about Easter week at HH? I know I'l likely dreaming, but that's Ok. Next year I'll be dialing at the eleven month window for my new home...BWV!

We joined in Fall '03, and we were able to get a weekend stay, Friday and Saturday at VWL, in a studio. Now, weekend points are more, but we were thrilled. I'm guessing we booked it just about this time of the year, and it was for a ressie that began Friday, December 19th, the day our DGS was born!!!

A lot depends on when you will be able to book, are you buying resale, they take longer. I'll send you pixie dust and hope for the best!!!

We are buying through Disney and may have a member number by tomorrow. Still must wait on DD's competition schedule to book for a few weeks though.

I think you will have to use the waitlist for any mid December stay. The Friday and Saturday nights might still be available, though.
