How long does it usually take for an ADR to show after a cancellation?

And what is the best way to try to book it when someone is cancelling?

Last night tried to coordinate with a cancellation and kept hitting the "Find a Table" button on the website for ten minutes after the stated time of cancellation to no avail, is this what everyone else is doing? Or am I missing something? Thanks for anybody's help......

I did exactly what you suggested, and I was able to grab someone's cancellation. I didn't have any problems. However, I think some people have said that they have had better luck calling.

Sorry I had to cancel to make another reservation. But I may be canceling chef mickeys for 4 at 9:30 am on the same day.
