Small confession .... I check online for BOG at 6am every morning and call at 7am before I do the school run. Just to check, you know, not because I'm psychotic about this whole BOG thing

If you find it available, I expect you to report it on here immediately. Or just pm me.

So, what are everyones plans regarding this?

Is everyone who wants ADRs able to call on Monday?

I will be on a mini getaway with DH this weekend, coming home Monday. I dont really want to be on the phone at 7AM, but I will be.

So, I start showing my husband the dining options for that Friday. I know he is semi interested because it involves food. Hehe Guess where he wants to go... Akershus! I show him the price - he goes - "It looks really cool, lets go..." I am starting to wonder if my husband has a thing for the castle themes or the princess theme! Hahaha So ADR searching I go and 5:05 pm - PERFECT!

On a side note... My husbands car is dying - so I need to go car shopping today. It was my first brand new car - and it makes me sad... However it has well over 200K on it and I am not paying to replace the transmission... So sad! Ugh but now what cars to look at... I kind of like Subaru's..... Hopefully we can find a good deal... Not what I wanted financially but what can I do?

But I think I am the only one here that is not doing flips to eat at Be Our Guest. Don't get me wrong. I would love to see the interior as much as the next person. But the lunch and dinner menus really don't appeal to me.

You all can look at the bright side, barring the others in my group wanting to dine at BOG, you have 1 less person to compete with on Monday.

Same here. DH & I looked at the full menu last night and were kinda meh about using a table credit there. We are going to go by for a QS meal and that's it.

I'm a huge Beauty & the Beast fan - it was the first Disney movie hubby & watched together - I love french food, actually I love any food so this is a must for me.

I am not sure I like French food, but I still want to eat here. And I want to eat there for lunch. I really want a Croque Monsieur. Still wish they had grey stuff on the menu.

Ok, glad you will have phone access. I did think I could make bookings for those that couldn't but I'm not sure they would let me book under another room ressie in the same call - they would know its not my ressie

I bet we'll see lots of ADR roulette in the next week. But I do think it will probably be easier to find a CRT than a BOG once Monday is over.

ADR roulette...thats funny! Monday is going to be interesting!

it is slower but these are some of the hardest-to-get ressies no matter what the crowd level. I think your odds of finding a CRT ressie at a decent hour are slim, definitely before Mon but probably after too. If CRT is important to you for this trip, I would stick with what you have and plan BOG accordingly.

I already told m family, plans are flexible but there are some ADRs that can only be cancelled not moved (Le Cellier, Cali Grill during Wishes, R&C during Illuminations). We've never booked 180 days out before so these are all new experiences for us anyway.

Thanks for the advice! Its so hard to decide what to do...I'm sure whatever we get it will be great! The good thing is that DH is open to anything and my kids have never been so they won't know what they're missing

We wont be trying for an ADR there either. Like you, the menu just doesnt "wow" me. I was really hoping when I saw the full menu release yesterday, that things would be different, but not so much.

BOG I was not interested at first but given this is our first time ever to wdw, and the next time will be in 2014 with two toddlers it's now or never lol. I am wanting dinner during MVMCP just because there will probably be a lot of people who don't want to waste that precious time with an ADR. It sits 500 guest so I don't think it will be too terrible getting a ressie. I want to dine in the ballroom, but also want to see the rose in the west wing, we will probably try for early lunch on an MK day as well. I have my must do's for MK so as long as those rides get done I have a lot of time in MK.

I went through my schedule and I have 3 possible slots for BOG. One is perfect, one is okay but changes a little timing, and one will work but means rearranging a couple days' plans. Fingers crossed!!! Now just waiting for Monday....

Thanks. For some reason this does not impress me as much as the original description. Might be a nice lunch but I'm not waiting in line for it.

I'm torn, too. Right now, I have dinner booked at Liberty Tree tavern. I can't decide if we should do BOG instead, or just stay at Liberty Tree (6:25PM). The menu at BOG didn't "wow" me, but I feel like the experience would make up for it...kinda like what I hear about CRT (meal isn't anything to write home about, but the experience is worthwhile).
