ciao_gina said:Our son also has anxiety issues including riding on some park rides. We are already prepping him for some rides at WDW by showing him on YouTube. He swears he is going on Tower of Terror this year. How does your son do with the rides? Only this year was he able to get close to firecrackers and hold sparklers on July 4th. They have to make accomodations for him at school during fire drills, etc.
Here she is. Her name is Lily, after Harry Potter's mom. She's a red-head though I'm not sure it really shows up in this picture.

My DS will be 10 in Oct. I'm sure he'd love to do this by snail mail or email. We'll be there Dec 3-15.
Does everyone wear a lanyard with a pocket to keep their Keys to the Kingdom while at WDW? Who collects pins? I have only one that was given to me as a gift for filling in extra pieces for a Disney scrapbooking swap many years ago....trying to decide if I should work on collecting some....
As far as the plastic pocket things on the lanyards....I've read they are not well made and that the zipper part tends to rip, not a good thing!

I do wear a lanyard with a pouch. i keep my KTTW and a photopass card in it. I have only gotten the pouch at Disney and it does tend to rip a little by the end of the trip. I find that one always lasts me a whole trip though. I think they are around $9 at the stores. Iam am thinking of trying a pouch like THIS, it looks a little sturdier than the plastic ones.
Does anyone know where they would sell the MVMCP pin 2012 at normally. It's exclusive only to people that attend the event correct?
Anyone read any good Disney books lately?

We bought our MVMCP pins, I believe, at the gift shop at either Liberty Sqr or Frontier Land. All gift shops stash the exclusive merchandise til after 7pm. Also, when we were there, if you spent $100 (which is SOOOOOOOOOOOO easy to do) we got a MVMCP exclusive fleece blanket of the castle all lit up.
I bought the Christmas lanyard our last trip and it was perfect. It kept our kttw, our fp card, my LGMH (no one noticed) inside and I stuck my Candlelight Processional admission sticker to 1 side. Everything is still intact in the lanyard to this day.
