I could be wrong, but I think BoG is going to be a counter service restaurant for lunch and table service for dinner. I don't know if they'd let you book an ADR for lunch.

No, they won't let us book ADRs for CS. I was just waiting to see if it really was going to be CS at lunchtime. I have ADRs for the Plaza on the "day in question" so I will cancel them & use our credits for CS at BOG. (We are on deluxe DDP, so a credit is a credit is a credit.) Thanks for your help though

Ive been wanting to tour some of the resorts anyway. So seeing the decorations is a major part of our trip plan. We decided on BWI, BC, GF, Poly, Contemporary and WL.

ADRs to be available come late August (not date announced of course.) Restaurant to be open "for the holidays."

Yay! It sounds like it will be a great menu!!! Now to wait impatiently for August to make an ADR!!! I know it will be counter service for lunch, but I think the lines will probably be nuts with everyone wanting to try it, so I'd rather try for dinner.

Which day would you attend the CP, December 23rd or 24th? Easy WDW says it's crazy busy on the 24th but epcot isn't recommended on the 23rd either. I was planning on going to HS on the other day which doesn't seem to matter. Originally I had planned 23rd HS and 24th Epcot to avoid early magic hours since I'm offsite.

Nothing super specific except I definitely want to go to the party and tour the resorts, because no one I've traveled with before really cared about seeing the other resorts. Super excited about the Osborne lights too! Mostly I'm jazzed about being by myself and doing whatever I want!

I totally understand that. I always put resort touring on our schedule and it always gets pushed out. Because of the Christmas decorations, and our deliberate attempt to slow this trip down - we're actually scheduling it on our off days. One day for GF/WL and one for Contemp/Poly. And we're staying at BWV so we'll hit BWI and BC as well.

ADRs can be made in late August. So sorry for all of you waiting on ADRs. We will try to "brave" the lunch CS. Hmmmm....that may be a nightmare, but the menu looks pretty good.

I've pretty much scratched BOG off our list for this trip. TS dinner just never fits into our plans at MK. And I refuse to wait in line for CS. And with it just opening, I'm sure the lines will be awful.

If we happen to walk by when we're hungry and the lines are reasonable, we would do it. But I just don't see that happening. Anyway, we have to save something for our next trip, right?

I was so hoping to find this thread! My husband and I will be bringing our 4 boys to Disney for our first actual Christmas Trip! We will be staying at OKW December 22-29th!

Although we have been to Disney many times, we have never been on Christmas. I've heard the MK usually closes due to capacity during this week. Does anyone have any advice about "hopping" to and from parks for dinner during this week?

Do you guys think that eating at the QS at BOG will be as magical as eating at the TS? We're already paying for one extra TS on this trip so I didn't really want to pay for another outside of our DDP..... Of course I'll do it if I have too

Hi all does anyone know how long into January the osborne lights run? We are thinking of going to HS Jan 3 and 4th but do not want to miss the show.

Tommorow is our 180 days for christmas day so hoping to get CRT for supper!! fingers crossed.
