I just finished paying my trip off!!!!

I will get this updated sometime this week. Been busy.

Last Monday I was released from the wound clinic, but it opened back up and so I am headed back today.

Had to see the in-laws over the weekend for my daughter's birthday and now I am really wishing our Disney vacation was already over. They were rude, did not speak to me or my daughter and barely spoke to my husband. It is going to be a very tense 11 days. I wish they would just back out.

Anyhow - it is almost here, so we will make the most of it. I cannot believe vacation is just a little more than a month away.

So sorry you're having trouble healing. Even more sorry you had a bad visit with the in laws. Maybe you should let them have the room and you should book a separate ressie at another resort just to be able to enjoy your trip. Or maybe instigate an all out battle of an argument just before the trip so they will back out. It's terrible you can't look forward to your own vacation.

I could have sworn I posted on this thread last week but I can't find myself (that shouldn't surprise me, I misplace a lot of things ).
I will be there Dec 8 -12, staying at the Beach Club along with my DD & her BFF. Both girls have graduated from college (DD with her Master's) and can't find decent jobs. DD just came in "a close second" AGAIN so I decided to cash in some FF points & our VISA $s and go have some fun.
The girls are full of and for me.

We are using our DVC points for a 2 bedroom villa. No way am I going to give that to them. They wish.
It will really be more like 2 separate families staying in the same room. It will be fine - it is just ridiculous!

But honestly, it will be okay once we get there. WDW is a big place and if they cant play nicely, they can go play somewhere else.

It is not horrible to pray that they back out. I am praying that either the Holy Spirit change their hearts or that they decide to stay home.

Unfortunately the houses are gone, as is the rest of Toontown - I believe the only thing returning will be Goofy's brainstormer and it will get a refurbish

We are going to be there Dec 23-29 through make a wish staying offsite at give kids the world. Though my ticker says next year I had planned that trip before I knew my daughter would be a wish child. But still plan on keeping that trip as well. Vicki
