DECEMBER 2010....Who's comin??

AKL IPO got all my ADR's made for me yesterday and they were all right day right time except for California Grill which was not available the day I requested. They switched it to the next day and a bit later so we will be able to watch the MVMCP fireworks while we eat, this is my Dad's 60th birthday dinner so I want it to be special.

Hey Leash, were going to be at the AKL at the same time you are! Plus we have ressies for the California Grill on the same night you do! 9:20pm that night, just in time for Holiday Wishes!

Vicki (or anyone else), what have you guys done for Christmas dinner in the past? We were thinking of Liberty Tree, but certainly open to ideas.

Our first Christmas we did WCC for dinner. They had a special skillet and that was all they offered, there was no regular menu available. We loved being at WL for Christmas and the meal was good. It had turkey, roast chicken, roast pork and brisket as well as all the other stuff that goes with Christmas Dinner.

Last year we did Ohana. We had another family with us and we wanted something that the kids would enjoy. They loved the dancing and games they played and Ohana is one of my kids favorites.

This year the kids want CM. I'm not too happy about it but I let them chose and they all agreed on that one.

If you plan on doing Liberty Tree or any restaurant in the MK it can get tricky. Both years we were there it closed and one year it was opened around 2 the other closer to 4 so to guarantee you are there for your ADR you gotta be there early. Making a late ADR might work as well.

have you considered flying fish on the boardwalk? if you're at dhs or epcot it's a short walk over. we had a great meal with great service there december 09 and are going back again this december. it's usually easy to get adrs since it's outside the theme parks. if you're by mk maybe consider narcoossee's or citricos at the gf or ohana's at poly. it's just a quick trip on the monorail.

Yeah I'll keep my eyes peeled for the lime green Mickey for sure.

Chances are I'll be sitting by the pool bar abusing magaritas and smoking cigars most evenings.

Maybe Ill shave my head and get a life size mickey head tattoo so I'll really stand out

We will be staying at Pop December 11-18. Our first time going during Christmas time. I can't wait!

We'll be at Pop December 11th - 17th!! So excited!! I booked an ADR for Tusker House today and now am trying to figure out when we're going to go to MVMCP. I'm leaning towards the 12th, but we did this exact same Sunday last year and it was packed!!

We're all booked for MVMCP on December 9th and I was able to make all my dinning reservations today. So excited because we got just about everything we wanted at the time we wanted it! December 5th can't come quick enough . . . hope we can fit some down time in since we'll be there for 14 days.

Right now my family is in the process of planning a Dec. 11-17 trip at POP. Good to know there will be others there at the same time. I'm just waiting for Southwest travel dates to open up. We got a 20% pin but are hoping for something better.
