December 2008 2008 ADR Wanted/Trade/Exchange/Cancelled

It is 6.41pm EST....I am calling the Disney DIning # at 7:15pm to see about any cancellations for ressies we've been looking for..if anyone wants me to check on something for them....message me quickly!!

I know this is going to take a miracle but if anyone has a CRT anytime from 12/14-12/18 for a party of 2 I'd be SO grateful. I booked this so last minute all of my go-to places are full and it's just my momma and I so I'm kind of lost on more adult dining haha.

We are desperately looking for a dinner reservation on 11/27 for a party of 5 - anywhere will do. We currently have a 9:40pm at Kona that I will gladly give away if we can find somewhere else much earlier (5pm-730pm time frame).

We fly in that day and I don't think my DS (who will be 18 months old then) will tolerate such a late dinner.

I just called and canceled the following reservations. I didn't want to hold onto them any longer. Someone who doesn't use the DIS may need one of these reservations. I am glad that I was able to help out a few DISers. ixiedust:

Dec. 8th- Kona Cafe party of 2 at 8:55 p.m.

Dec. 10th- Biergarten party of 5 at 12:05 p.m.

Dec. 10th- Akershus RBH party of 5 at 8:05 p.m.

Dec. 11th- 50s PTC party of 5 at 11:45 a.m.

Dec. 11th- Mama Melrose's party of 5 at 6:55 p.m.

Dec. 12th- Boma party of 5 at 8:30 p.m.


I am still desperately seeking Ohana's for dinner on Dec.20th for a party of 5, if anyone has it available. It's the only reservation I haven't been able to get with our new travel dates.

I had a ressie for 7 at LTT and I only needed it for 5. I called Disney and asked if it mattered if only 5 people showed up for the reservation. They told me no that 5 people would be seated at the same size table as a table for 7. But, in your case that might be different since your are dining at Ohana's. I would call and see if you can downsize, or if it matters.

I just cancelled 2 tables at Crystal Palace for Dec. 1 at 9:20am. I was able to get a new res. for 8 people at 8:05am and all of us at one table. Hope this helps someone.

• Ohana reservations for 3 on 12/18 at 5:20pm OR
• LeCellier with preferred seating at the Candlelight procession
(6:45pm) on 12/19 at 3:30pm for 3

I need a Liberty Tree reservation for anytime between 4:00pm and 5:15 on 12/16 or on 12/18 anytime between 5:45pm and 7:00pm both for a party of 3.

I know this is probably a long shot and I added it to the spreadsheet but.... I have a ADR for 5 at Le Cellier on 12/22 at 7:30 I am looking to trade that for anything for 5 at Teppen Edo anytime between 5-8 at the latest. I can't get anything after 4pm or before 9. I finally got all excited about switching and now I can't.

just an experiment.. what if we used a google spreadsheet that is open for editing? I threw one together to see how it goes. This one is just for 12/1-12/16 to experiment. I can add the rest of the month if people like it.

Instructions:
go to this link spreadsheet
Enter the restaurant, time, and your username all in one cell under either wanted or available for the relevant date.

For example, if I have an ADR for 5 at Ohana's available for trade on 12/2, I would type the following in one cell under 12/2:
"Ohana's 12:15 (5) want to trade for CM bkfst 12/1 TanaL"

Type quickly and then hit "save and close" and re-open to make sure it saved properly. You don't want to have it open for a really long time and then type and save... I'm not sure how it will handle multiple entries at once.

i just called disney and got le cellier for 12/14 at 6:40PM after two weeks of trying so there is hope for us all. just cancelled chefs de france for 12/14 at 6:50PM and marrakesh for 12/19 at 7PM, hope that helps someone.
