That's cool. I really hope you get it. I will post a heads up on here when I call to cancel it. I was really looking forward to going then But even when I booked it (called day by day last january) I had a feeling my mom wouldn't follow through. But I will still get to go for a weekend later that month.

I just called and changed to Day by Day and marked that the Studios do not even have to be at the same property.....Maybe this will help???

We are booked at SSR for 12/9-12/11 in a 2 BR. The last 2 nights are booked on cash and waitlisted for points. I would like to stay at BCV and thought about waitlisting there but was scared it would get too complicated and somehow mess up my ressie. We love SSR but have stayed there a lot and I would like to try somewhere different.

I'm also doing day by day for that time period any studio. I'm needing december 31st and january 1st. I have been waitlisting for about two weeks. I went ahead and booked at the dolphin for those 2 nights and can cancel if DVC come's through. I also booked my Dolphin rooms individual nights so if only one night comes through I can cancel just the one night at the dolphin as needed. I'm currently booked BWV studio december 28th & 29th. SSR December 30th waitlisted for BWV. The 31st and 1st as stated above. The CM had AKV on the screen and started blabing and while chatting lost the 2 nights off the screen So as of 2 weeks ago Friday there were rooms for that time frame. Susan

That's GREAT!

We're waitlisted for a boardwalk view as well but for later in December. I was on the waitlist as of May, but my BWV standard view came in and that cancelled the original boardwalk view waitlist so we had to start all over on the bottom of the list in July. I doubt it will come through now...but who knows. I'm just thrilled to be at the BWV!

Today (1) Studio came thru for Dec. 30 SSR - but I must have (2) Studios 'cause my brother and SIL arre coming along.....I had to let SSR (1) Studio go -
I think it may be hard to get (2) Studios even though I posted that they didn't have to be at the same resort!!! We'll see......
The Rep was very confident that my waitlist will come thru

I'm looking for a studio for the 9th also...10th came thru last friday (which by the way was my b-day). Hopefully, the 9th will come thru soon for the both of us (as well as the rest of your days)!

Wait List for (2) Studios Dec. 30th - SSR- came thru..............
Now if ONLY (2) Studios for Dec. 31st would 'magically appear' - I'm waitlisted at any resort - Do you think we have a chance??
New Year's Eve will probably be really hard to get.......

It was a standard studio at BW, but I had to call them and get them back!! My spring plans changed and I didn't need as many points as I originally thought I would need because now I'm going back in mid-Jan with dd. So, I called MS back the other day, and was able to get Monday, the 10th added back on, but am waitlisted for the 11th. But, at least the 10th is the same preferred view as my original reservation...so hopefully I won't have to move. If so, I may just keep my POP reservation for the 11th.
