Heather, thanks for all the kind words and it is true that DW is so special but then the sort of folks who like it are of a certain type, the best!!

I am sort of verbose cause I type pretty fast but I got a bit carried away, even for me. We recently had a young man, my oldest grandson's age, who committed suicide. I wonder if he ever crossed my path and if there had been anything anyone could have done or said that might have made a difference. It breaks my heart to lose a young life like that, or any life.

You will be leaving DW just before we arrive in December. Save some of the fun for us, please??

When do December codes usually come out? I'm booked at POP right night but I would love to upgrade to a moderate.

I just my AP code for September so now the wait begins for December

Thanks for the link! I will keep checking. I'm booked at POP which is fine with a AAA rate for 65 a night in December. However, I would love to up grade to a moderate if the price is right.

There was a general code last December because we got it.

We had 2 rooms booked at Pop as a package with 7 day tickets and the DDP. There were 5 of us, me, DH and our 3 kids (9,7,4 at the time).

Before the discount our package (and we were checking in during Value season) was approx $3100 and once the discount was applied we were at $2650 or so. I remember that we saved $469 with this code. It came out in early August and our TA was able to apply it for us and save us the $$$. Our dates were Dec 15-22.

I'm so excited! I held off as long as I could but broke down and booked last night with Disney! I will be 40 in November and this trip is to celebrate that. We aren't going until December though because I want to see the World during the Holidays. This will be my first trip without 4 kids in tow too! Its just the two of us! Can't wait!!

We are going 12/5 - 12/9 (couldn't get dh to spring for a whole week!) and staying at POFQ! Now here's hoping we get a good code! Last year we were booked at POR and when the code came out DH said I could spring for a Deluxe so we had 8 glorious days at the Poly!!

I booked too--Nov 30 - Dec 7. We will be doing a duel celebration--my DH and I 20th anniversary and DS's 13th birthday--anniversary is September but wanted to see Disney at Christmas, DS birthday Dec 13. Booked at POP to avoid PopWarner group, but secretly hoping to upgrade to maybe CS with a discount. Hopefully it will even out cost.
