Hope you're all having a terrific week. Is everyone ready for the weekend?

Wow, time flew by, but yes folks, you read that right.....the deadline for making payments for tickets is just one short week away from today.

I am so ready to get our tickets ordered! I makes me excited about going to WDW! Actually, I just bought my family's Universal tickets from Maple Leaf last night, so I'm still kind of hyped up from making that purchase. Hahahaha!

Okay, if you haven't already, get to deciding what tickets you want to purchase and how many. It's time....it's time!

Wow, is it Wednesday already? You know what that means?.....Friday, our deadline day, is just around the corner!

And, in about 3 3/4 months, we'll all be meeting for the first time!

And, in about 3 3/4 months, our kids are going to be learning some really cool stuff at the Magic Kingdom!

And can I just say, I've always wanted to know how in the heck they create the ghosts in the ball room of the Haunted Mansion. I know it has something to do with reflection, but other than that, I have no idea.

Oh, and this has nothing to do with our class, but I only have 15 weeks of classes left and then I'll be all done with my Masters Program.....and off to student teaching!!! I can't wait!!!

EVERYONE has paid for their tickets! Isn't that great news?!?!

It makes me feel like we have a good, solid, and sincere group for our class.....which makes me EXCITED!

Keep an eye on our thread for updates, and make sure to keep posting too. It's always nice to continue our communication on the thread to make new friends and then build those friendships, so by the time December rolls around, we'll feel like we've known each other for years.

Good morning everyone!

Well, morning for me anyway. I know for many of you it's afternoon.....so good afternoon too!

I've never been on a diet with a group before where everyone lost a little weight on the same day! Granted it was in our wallets....

I plan to place the order for our tickets on Monday, but before I do, I'll be sending everyone a short PM with what they ordered to double check that I have your order correct. Kind of like the old saying, "measure twice, cut once". Basically, I just don't want to screw up. I would feel AWFUL if I did. So, being my paranoid self, I want to double check the ticket orders with everyone first before leaping.

My daughter and I are getting excited about our upcoming trip. This will be my 5th Disney World trip and my daughter's 3rd; it will be our first "girls only" trip. Dad said he has had enough, which I will never understand!

Drag him along and let him spend his days at the golf courses with the beer cart.

My hubby is the complete opposite. He loves Disney vacations. We finally went to Universal Hollywood last year for the first time, and we had a blast there, so now he's insisted on going to Universal Studios Orlando and the Islands of Adventure during this trip. (Although, he's golfing 3 times on this vacation with my brother. He's been aching to play some of the Disney courses, which he's only enjoyed from a distance while going by on one of the Disney busses.....salivating.)

Guess what? My Hubby lives in Ohio and I work for the Mouse in Florida. Tell your hubby he many have to suffer the same fate if he's not careful...

We happen to enjoy our testosterone-free, Mouse infested zone very much!

It's okay with me. Sometimes it's good to have a mother/daughter trips. He wants to take a fall fishing trip which I do not like so it all equals out.

graygables - what do you do for the Mouse? My husband will be retiring in a year or so and that is one of the things I told him I would like to do. I can work for the mouse and he can fish at all the lakes around Orlando and we would both be happy!
