Got mine too! Many thanks!

YAHOOOOO! I'm tickled that you received your tickets! :yay:

Doesn't getting your tickets make you excited? Huh? huh? Are ya? Huh? :hyper:

I always get super excited when tickets arrive, or travel docs, or whatever it is.....makes it seem so much more real.....and closer! :rotfl:

Wow, our thread had fallen back all the way to page 11!

Hope everyone in our group is doing SUPER-DE-DUPER SPECTACULAR! :grouphug:

December is getting closer. The wait is awful, huh. :bored:

Happy Friday Everyone!

So, what are you kids going to be for Halloween. My boys are into gross, gruesome, and scary this year. My oldest wants to be part Jason (the guy from Friday the 13th with the hockey mask) and part Texas chainsaw massacre dude. And my youngest wants to be the Grim Reaper. :scared1:

What happened to my boys wanting to be something cute for Halloween, like Woody and Buzz or pirates? :confused3

12yo went to the MNSSHP as a chef (real chef clothes, she's hoping to be a pastry chef one day) and 14yo went as a Nightmare Before Christmas 14yo. T-shirt, cool ballcap, fingerless gloves, sunglasses, and carried a plush Zero. She's too cool for costumes.

On Halloween, 12yo wants to be a Hufflepuff Hogwarts student, 14yo wants to be kid in the wolf suit from Where the Wild Things Are, but that's probably a no-go, so she may revert to her Nightmare gear.

My soon to be sixteen year old is dressing as Alice in her blue dress from the recent movie.

Love all those costume ideas! Even the Nightmare gear sounds fun to dress up in.....in a very cool sort of way. ;)

I managed to get my boys to cool it a bit with the gore and scare factor. So after all was said and done, I will now have an 11 year old Terminator 600 and a 7 year old Death Eater. :thumbsup2

Hey Everyone! Well, my daughter is having a "spooktacular" birthday party to celebrate her 10th bday. She is dressing up as the Queen of Hearts and I'm thinking I will be the Mad Hatter! We are actually making the QoH costume out of an old bridesmaid dress I wore in the 90s!:scared1:

I guess I'll be hitting the thrift shops this week to find some stuff for my costume... My husband is too cool to dress up for Halloween.:rolleyes1

My granddaughters are here for the night and the 5 year old saw my 16 year old's costume. Now instead of being something "scary" for Halloween, she wants to be Alice too. So we will have "Big" Alice, "Little" Alice and the 18 mth old is Snow White.

How do you find out if there is a class while you're at Disney? We are going from Nov 26-Dec 1..Is there a number I can call or is it too late to qualify?
Thanks for any info anyone can give me?

Sounds like you two need to get your families together. Then you'd have almost the whole Alice in Wonderland crew. The 18 month old could be a little Cheshire cat and the cool husband could just wear a simple Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum t-shirt or something. :goodvibes

I don't think there are any open enrollment classes during the time/dates you'll be there, but you could go to the Disney YES website to check on that for sure. If there isn't any open enrollment classes being offered, then you would need to either join a group here for sometime during those dates (if there is a group to join) or you would need to start your own group. However starting something like that so close to your trip dates, you would really need to get moving on it ASAP!

Hello my cute little YES group, how is everyone? Time seems to be clicking right along. Won't be long now before all of us our enjoying some holiday cheer Mickey style! :santa: :cloud9: :cool1:

I apologize for not keeping our thread updated lately. I'm in the final five weeks of graduate classes before I'm completely finished, and the work load has been INSANE. I know, I know.....excuses, excuses. I promise to make a better effort at keeping our little thread up to speed. :goodvibes :thumbsup2

I've received a few PMs from a couple more families who would really like to join our class/group, so I'm going to see if it's possible for them to join us and order a few more tickets. Crossing fingers that this will be allowed and we can add a few more students to our class list. :wizard:

Hi everyone! Did you survive the Halloween holiday or did all that candy do you in? :rotfl:

Now.....ON TO THANKSGIVING!

Hey, I just want everyone to keep an eye out for an update soon with an updated class list and where we'll be meeting at the MK for our class. :thumbsup2

Just found this thread. Here is hoping another family can still join in at this late notice. My husband and I will be there with our 15 year old twin girls who would love to experience this if possible.

Hello everyone, hope you all had a nice weekend! :thumbsup2

Looks like we have a few more students joining our class. As soon as I have confirmation that they for sure are joining us, I will post an updated class list. :thumbsup2

I will also post our meeting location for our class! :yay:

And YAY for DME tags! We received ours too! :woohoo:
