Justed book this cruise today...thank you to Adnil530 who is sharing their rooms with me and my dd (4). Who knew that perfect strangers could be so nice?? They even offered to babysit as often as needed to I can enjoy all the ship and ports have to offer without any worries.

Ok...not really...Adnil530 is my sister But still very generous to let us join them in their fabulous rooms. I hear they have the big port hole that is also a window seat. This will be me and dd's 2nd Disney cruise...our first one is coming up in about 65 days.

Thanks Kevin, you are right usn' guys do need to stick together!!! I was able to get everything done - and all in 1 day too!!! Sometimes I surprise myself!!! Now I get to do it all again this coming week-end!!!

davidls, our grass hasn't been cut in about a month, and I'm pretty sure we are done for the year other than getting the leaves up!

Looks like our cruise this weekend might get interesting. Rina could alter the plans a bit. We don't mind being on the ship, so it is ok for us. I'm just hoping for clear weather for our first trip to WDW!

So sorry to hear that about your grass. If I let mine go for a month - next door neighbor man would get all bent out of shape!!! He is retired and keeps his mowed down to the nub all of the time!!!

I checked out the weather for you this week-end - Saturday we have about a 30% chance of rain, but Sunday looks good and clear - highs both days low 80's. Hope you have a GREAT time!!!

Between the hot temps and no rain, I think our yard was only done maybe 8 times this year. It hasn't been a pretty year around here! I'm hoping that our drive down to FL might provide some tree color. Ours started dropping leaves early this summer!

I live close to cape canaveral a beautiful cool 70 degrees right now so it will be like 65 deegrees

The trees will be as beautiful as ever! esecally where the upkeep of the land scaping is really nice at the terminal

So anyway... where are we going to meet for the cruise meet?

Speaking of this time of the year...went on the mountain Saturday...what leaves are left are beautiful. Maybe Ill try to post pictures tomorrow.

Cant wait for beautiful...Carribean cruise, christmas decorations...a reindeer tram. characters in Chrstimas attire.

I have been looking at different blogs and stuff for ideas for outfits for our girls. I love making them clothes to wear for special occasions. I have some completed for this trip, but I can't wait to make some Christmas themed ones!

My weather update.

Yesterday was a beautful fall day. Temps in the 50's and sunshine. The leaves are turning and at their peak. The Cascades look great. I love the fall colors. I have lived here about 15 years and still I am not use to mowing the grass and having roses still blooming in Oct and Nov.

Have to optimize the airfare from Seattle. Haven't been to Florida with DH since 2000 before dd was born. Did have a trip with just the two of us (ddand I ) when she was a baby.

I thought it might have something to do with that! It helps a great deal that we can drive. I looked into using airline miles and a companion fare, and it still was going to be crazy high!

We told the girls at dinner as we watched the Magic sail by. Now they are bouncing off the wall. Might have thought twice about the surprise if I had known how silly it was going to make them!
