I've read that some of you have free dining in December. Is this available to everyone or just people with diney visa cards?

Nevermind, I found the thread below that it is just Disney Visa card holders.

Thank god. First off, I hate the DDP. 90% of people that have it don't know how to use it and it takes much longer to get food. Secondly, I HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE free dining times. All it does is make the parks more crowded.
