Dec UY--Question on Banking Pts

I have Dec UY and right now I have 46 2011 pts left over.

I am planning a May 26-June 6 2013 trip.

Do I need to bank those 46 pts BEFORE I make my reservation??

Obviously I will be using the 2011 pts, 2012 pts, and a few 2013 pts.

you have until july 31, 2012 to bank your 2011 UY pts.

you can call on june 26, 2012 to book your May 2013 trip at your home resort...so you could bank the pts on the same call if you are booking your home resort.

(but if you are not booking your home resort - or waiting till after july 31 to book - then i'd go ahead and bank the 2011 pts now.)
