Dec. 7, 2008 4 nite Mousefest Cruise - who's all going?

We are booked on this cruise too! We are from Illinois, outside of Chicago. We have 3 children- 2 boys (ages 10 and 5) and a girl age 7.

We have tons of snow here.

I think they said this morning on the news we only needed 27cm more to break the snow fall record! And they are calling for snow tonight.

WOW I feel so lucky we have had only one storm and that was only 5inches here in New York.

it has snowed but no real accumulations.

Clara I wish I was there!

We have had over 340 cm of snow. I think that is someplace between 11 and 12 feet since November Now it is starting to melt and everything is a mess.

It's hard to believe it's the first day of spring!

12 feet I am glad I am not there. Of course the boys would love it but they don't shovel just built snowmen

well hopefully it is over now and soon you can start to enjoy Spring

I just can't wait until December.

I've cruised several times, but this is my first Mousefest cruise.

I want to do it all. I want to do meets. I want a fish extender. I want to decorate my door. I want to do dinner. I want to parasail.

I want to do Secret Santa. I want to sailaway and dance.

I want to walk around Nassau with Dave and Jennifer. I want to walk around the deck with Deb.

Is it December yet?? Sure feels like it!! If this is spring, I'm in big trouble...

I just booked this cruise. This will be my second cruise, but this time I will be going alone, so I am sure it will be a much different vacaiton then my last with my 2 daughters. I will get to stay up late.

I booked this cruise last week, and I think I have a roommate, too! I have been to the MouseFest land events several times, and I have wanted to go on a MouseFest cruise for quite some time.

I think the fireworks were the final selling point, since I am not taking the girls this time (taking them March 09) I thought about doing an RCI cruise, but then I really want to see the fireworks and also Castaway Cay.

Have you cruised before? When we were on the Magic I noticed that kids your daughters ages seemed to be have a really good time, they will love it.

I am also looking forward to seeing the sunrise from deck 9, my girls are not morning people, so I will never make it up there with them

We have 3 cabins going..a total of 11 people..Please forgive me for asking a silly question, I have not read the entire thread, but what is a Mousefest cruise?. This our 2nd Disney cruise and the 1st for us at Christmas. Anything special going on other than the decorations?
