i am booked on this cruise as well. It's just me in my stateroom, but i have other friends on the ship as well. I am also instrested in a fe.

So excited about this cruise...This will be the 2nd leg of B2B action for DH (Dan from the DynamicDisneyDue) & I (our 5th & 6th DCL cruises). We always done the Wonder b4 & have done a prev B2B Oct of 2010. Can't wait to see the Dream!! We are going to be spending lots of time on the boat so we can try & see all we can see! Can't wait to meet everyone? Haven't seen a disboard meet & greet mentioned on arrival day...is anyone interested?

HI Mandy, Ive been keeping track of the FEs. I will send everyone a list when the cruise gets closer. We should have a deadline to sign up. Maybe sometime in early OCT. Sometime soon i will post just the peoples Disboard names who have joined the FE list. Anyone who I forgot can let me know. We would enjoy a Meet and Greet. We will be doing our Dvc Member cruise in Sept so we will have some idea about the ship. We were very familiar with the Wonder.

Hi there..... My Grandmother and I (Jennifer) will hopefully be joining you on this cruise as well. I just signed up for it while my husband and I were on the Inaugural Alaskan Cruise. This will be my 10th DCL cruise and My Grandmothers 2nd. My husband would love to be joining us for this one as well but he has to work. We are doing this cruise because I have always wanted to go and see the ship when it is all fixed up for the Holidays.

I saw on here that there are a lot of DVC members. My Husband and and I have been members since 2004 and our home resorts are SSR and AKL. We have also been on 2 Members cruises.

Laura thinks I need an INTERVENTION We cruise on the DVC member cruise with a mother and daughter from NJ. Hopefully we get familliar with the Dream in Sept to beable to suggest a good spot for the meet and time in DEC..

How is everyone getting to port? My friend and I have been debating what to do.

We were on the Dream in Feb. There are a lot of great places for a meet. She's a beautiful ship! Of course it will take me a while to get used to her again because we're spending the week before on Magic!

So excited about the cruise. I am eagerly waiting on SW so I can get my flights. I don't think it will be much longer. We have 5 nights at Kidani and then off to the ship! We are also going to try and go to that other park on Satueday I think.

OK, we're all set now! We'll be leaving home on Thanksgiving morning, taking Amtrak to Kissimmee, staying one night at the Radisson At The Port, sailing 7 nights on Magic, back to the Radisson for one night, then onto Dream for 4 nights, and off to a Fort Wilderness Cabin for three nights. Then back on Amtrak to Newark and home! That should make for a nice early winter vacation--maybe even a visit with some family members. Jim's cousin leaves near Port Canaveral and said he'd like to see us while we're there, and my brother lives in Jacksonville and also wants to see us. I'll be glad to get back home so that I can rest from this vacation!

I think we are renting a car for the day and drop it off at Coco Beach or Port CAnveral depending on where the rental place is. Then get shuttled over. Then when we get back we will do the reverse.

We're thinking about arranging for a car service to take us over now, but we're not 100% sure yet. Just trying to decide. I've never done the Disney transfers, so I've been spoiled with getting there early.

We mostly do Disney Tranfer to and from ship. But we have done the Rental way. Usually when we use the Disney Transfer you arrive a little later. On our Member cruises we usually take the Disney bus from OKW and arrive around 1pm. We have been on the Wonder enough times to know our way around so that wasnt a problem. This Sept will be the first member cruise on the DREAM so we will have to get used to the ship first. We will get accustomed to the ship then and will know the ship for the DEC cruise.

We will be flying in the day before the cruise in case of bad weather here in Chicago that may cause any delays. Right now the plan is to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn at MCO on their Bon Voyage Package. That includes the room and transfers to the Port for about $150.

I have a good idea for a fish extender gift that I'm hoping people will like. I know it's something that I like and find useful on my Disney trips
