Very sad that Dec 2011 is no longer going to be value season. We are planning a grand gathering for 2012 that is going to impact our budget..... maybe free dinning will come and off set the cost.

Personally I look forward to going at certain times to WDW, such as first two weeks in December for lower crowd levels. The last 3 years the crowd levels have really spiked during this time-frame and now I'm looking forward to going 2 weeks before Christmas (12/14-12/22) to pay higher room rates only to have some kind of hope that this will keep the larger crowds away. This year they threw in FD through most of December and messed up my hopes for lower crowd levels. At least I made my ADR's way in advance. I didn't know they had removed Value season from December so that gives me some small hope next year will be better. I just hope they don't offer FD again during our dates in December 2011.

While I know that it will still be busy during the holiday season, I'm hoping I can at least walk down Main Street with more than 3 inches of elbow room between me and then next person and/or get on Soarin' with less than a 60+ minute wait.

Ugh this is the first I am hearing of this Yuck! Going to have to really review budget!!
