Hello all. Seeing as I am super busy and have no time right now to do much of anything I will not keep you in suspense anymore, I feel absolutely rude for doing this to you all, but our 5th travelor indeed is our trip mascot, his name is Durka Durka and he is an alien, lime green, so he's perfect. Never been to disney World as is stoked to be going even though he will have to be put in a suitcase. Reese and Coley thought about doing this, they plan to make him a huge part of our trip.
I will try my darndest to get back real soon and post pictures of my new purchases. I have to share with you all that I got a new disney watch and it plays the music from the Mickey Mouse CLub.

I am too excited to even sleep. It's way too soon to be this excited over my trip. I am also excited for Christmas, I have already started watching my favorite Christmas movies and cartoons. I think it was the week of gray days and cold sweatshirt weather that did that to me, it got my seasonal clock all messed up and had me wanting to drink coffee by the fire. Now it's back to HOT HOT HOT weather again but I am stuck in winter mode.

brown and green are my favorite colors, but I am trying to make changes to my ward robe and not be so boring, so I got gray, which some might say is still boring, but then I cheated and got the brown flip flop crocs. People (non dis'ers) just don't understand the excitement I have about comfy shoes for Disney now.

Thank you Suzerella. It's true, I am so excited I could just scream. I probably will get a little squeally closer to the time of the trip, but I am finding it hard to sleep at night, somedays are unbearable to get through because all I can think about is Disney. I have been banned from talking about it at home, my only release is the Dis boards. so again thank you for sharing in my excitement.

Are you still going to the bay this weekend? I get to go camping, I'm so excited. I need a laptop, I don't know how I will go 4 days with no disboards.

When do the kids go back to school? Mine go the 4th.

I have purchased my airline tickets, we leave Dec 4th at 2:20pm from Baltimore, we hadn't planned to leave until that evening, but we got excited at AAA and decided to leave early. for our first night there we have room only, our park tickets do not start until our second day, so we will resort hop that first day and check out all the christmas decorations, and maybe even try and see the water pageant parade from the Wilderness Lodge. Our return flight is Dec11th at 8:00pm, so we are going to get 7 full days at the park.

Doesn't it feel great to purchase your tickets? I was so excited when we got ours. Hey, if you can leave early, why not? From reading my TR, you know that's my motto. Seven full days in the parks is absolutely awesome! You're going to get to do so much. I can't wait to compare notes when we get back from our trips.

My sister was taking their pictures to put in a frame for my Dad as a gift when Kent and and I pulled in, I could not get out of the truck fast enough to get to them, I was shaking and crying and just needed to hold them. My sister snapped this picture.

Your kids are too cute! Can Reese get any more gorgeous! Your son reminds me of all my students who play guitar. They all look like him. You have to have the long hair! It's nice to see a pic of him, without his hand in front of his face, like on your last trip!

Wanna hear something sad? My mom doesn't know I am going to Disney now. She kept saying that Disney was a frivolous expense and that I shouldn't be going. So last May I told her I canceled my trip just to get her off my back. Pathetic that I am 30ish and having to lie to my mom about what I am doing. I'm like 16 all over again.

I know what you mean! I don't think my dad gets our Disney obsession at all. But, that's fine. I know that secretly he wants to go back. My MIL doesn't get it either, because she feels like the money would be better spent on visiting them. We love visiting them, but in comparison to Disney? No comparison.

How cool! Can't wait to see Durka Durka. I am sure you will come up with some creative ways to include him in your trip. He'll just love Tomorrowland!

The watch sounds cool. I couldn't have one with music, or I'd play it all the time and drive everyone crazy! HEY! Maybe, I should get one for myself, after all.

Oh, do I know what you're talking about. Last week we had the cooler temps and it made my DH and I feel the same way. Even though it's gotten warmer, like you, we are so in winter mode/Christmas mode and going to WDW mode! As you may have seen on my TR by now, we are actually now leaving a day early, so you can see how anxious we're getting! We keep looking up WDW related stuff online, checking and chaning our itinerary and watching Travel Channel WDW shows we previously recorded. This morning, my DH was like, "Just think, when we go see The Lion King for your birthday, we'll only be 100 days away!" We are as pathetic as you are, so don't feel bad. It's hard to wait when you're this excited.

Reese is trying to juggle 3 cheerleading squads, I am glad one of them is finished the first week of October, then Cougar football cheerleading is finished mid November, but then competition season starts then and tryouts for Red Lion Basketball cheerleading begins, she always has at least 2 cheer squads going at a time, then track overlaps competition cheering and somewhere in there we are trying to fit cheer tumbling back into the mix.
Then there's Jim, guitar lessons that he walks to, that's it. Boys are so simple, he didn't even want new clothes for school. go figure

Wow, sounds like you have your hands full! Back when I was a kid my parents had to do the whole activity juggling thing and there were three of us.

I had my seasonal sports at school (basketball, volleyball, soccer, track) and then my gymnastics which were all year and swimming as well plus piano lessons!

My brothers had their soccer teams and also swimming and piano.

Somehow they managed it all. It would drive me insane though if I had to deal with it!

njdisneyfreak We will definitley compare notes when I get back. I am down to 96 days and the time will fly, hopefully. Seems like August is taking forever to get through, but I know once the football games start it will go faster.
I am back to my counting the little things that lead up to the big one, like...
9 more days until Cougars first ball game. 26 days until Reese trys out for cheerleader of the year You can only do that your last year of Cougars, she graduates out this year, so all the graduating girls compete for Cheerleader of the year, it's a 1min 15 secs cheer routine performed infront of everyone and then their fellow cheermates vote, then there's a 1 1/2 page essay on what you have learned from being a Cougar cheerleader, the coaches and parent advisors vote on that and then it's anounced at homecoming which is a little over a month away. I have scrapbook parties to look forward to, and all kinds of parades. Kent is entering his truck this year in the Red Lion halloween parade, mostly to get his business name out there, Jim will be playing his guitar on the back and throwing out candy with business cards. I am super excited for that, then of course Thanksgiving, the kids will be in Mi, for that, but it never stops Kent from going all out on the feast, I will probably have Coach T, her son and COley over for dinner and games. Wow I sure did rattle on there.

I am sick of the warm weather, I usually like it to be around a bit, but I am ready for cold, cause once the cold sets in I am that much closer to Disney and I can pack my warm weather clothes for the trip since I won't be needing to wear them at the time.
