Also, I made a mistake on our connecting room numbers. We are actually 2622 and 2624, not 2102 and 2104. Woops.

Thanks also to Ray for doing some well needed updating on our list of those going on the cruise in Dec. I appreciate it! I also plan to update my first post here this weekend with all the names, etc. Sorry for the delay.

1)No one has to feel obligate to give gifts,

2) The gifts do not need to be expensive. To help keep the cost down we will divide in to smaller groups. To be determined after Oct 30 deadline.

3)Secret santa would visit daily. Dec 3,4,5

Here are just some Ideas; Oriental trading company has lots of fun little trinkets for kids, Pirate item, Dollar store. Home made items like Christmas ornament (one per cabin), magnets, Postcards from your hometown to share, glow sticks treats. Ect….

PM me with your stateroom number so that Secret Santa/Mickey can locate you. Deadline Oct 30 th for final update to list. this allows time to put together the little items.

Hi all, I hope you are having a great weekend. We are finally having a day without raain here. We need to dry out here in the midwest! First we had a heat wave and now all the rain...what a summer.

Ray, like I said before, you have done such a great job updating our list for this cruise that I hate to intrude and duplicate all that you've done. Thanks for taking over on that for me, I do appreciate it! This summer has been crazy with having our new baby and all. It is a good crazy though.
If you want me to help in anyway in organizing the list for this cruise, please let me know. I would be more than happy to help.

Oh there are a few corrections with our family. Our new baby's name is Isaac and there will actually only be 7 in our group. Myself, DH, DD9, DN8, DS5, DD3, DS 4months old. And also I accidently gave our wrong room numbers. We are on deck 2 in rooms 2622 and 2624.

I love the idea of a secret santa Mickey. I think that it would be fun to bring gifts for everyone. I like your gift ideas too. You are right, oriental trading would be a great place to shop for this. I will pm you my info. I think we will all have fun with this.

Hard work, but they have a great fun time.

Oh, and we also have 3 other grandchildren, Abigail 9, Emma 7, and Declan 3, plus the 8th one due in 4 weeks!

6 of our grandchildren live close by - the 2 girls just a few minutes walk away. Little Declan has just moved to Northern Ireland with him mother(marriage split from our son). We will fly over at least once a year to see them. The new baby is this son and his new wife.

I wish we could, but it is so much more expensive with the airfares for so many.

We went to Disneyland Paris 3 years ago when our son's girls were 6 and 4 and it really was a bit of a disaster as the eldest is so sensitive and was petrified of the characters, and wouldn't go on any rides apart from IASW!!Consequently she doesn't like Disney!!!

Our daughter with the 4 children has had a week at Disneyland Paris this year and are back there at the moment and do love it, so we may manage to get them over, but the cost would be big.

We actually love it on our own anyway!

I'm sure I left something out. Summer is winding down here. The girls went back to their school schedule at gym. They now go from 4:30 to 8:30. I have been busy there as I am the treasurer of the parent club and everyone has to start paying for the year. We started school a few weeks ago to slowly get back into the swing of things. So far, so good.
