Dec. 2, 2007-4 night Wonder and MouseFest Cruise

Seems like a good idea. We seem to be a fairly quiet bunch as yet. We are in a Cat 7 for this, just saving a little money!;) Next May we have a 6 booked.

Do you have special plans with your being part of Mousefest? I did read the report on last year's cruise and it sounded fun.

Is the original poster still monitoring the thread? If not, I could start a new one for roll call and stick to the standard format.

Vicky is definitely still with the thread, last posting on the 14th. Yes, we are not the most boisterous of threads but we are 8 months out and things usually get busier (chattier) as we get closer to actual sail date.

Welcome to the thread, Fred.

Michael and Marc

Hi Fred and family, as well as Marilyn. Welcome aboard and we look forward to meeting you and your families. I am glad that you willl able to join us. I did know that it was Mouse Fest and am hoping to partake in some of the activities, as we are Passporter fans too.

I think that it is a great idea to list everyones names and ages, etc at the beginning of the thread. The only problem is is that I am not sure how to do this. :confused3 Do you think that you might be able to tell me how to add this, as well as adding MouseFest to the thread name. I would really appreciate it.

Where are you all from? We are from southern Wisconsin.

Vicki

Good morning from the UK.

Do you know what sort of Mousefest things we will be able to go to? I remember reading about last years some time before I booked, but I can't find what I read now!!:confused3

Everyone is welcome at Mousefest.

The planning commitee is currently working on the schedules of events for this year's Mousefest. I'd say check out www.Mousefest.org for more information.

Vicki, you should be able to go back to the first post you made and hit the edit button at the bottom right. Change the subject of the thread as I had suggested and also list something like this for us to know who is coming.

Name - Number of people in the party - Where From - Kids (Y/N) - Number of Kids

That should work. :)

And again!!:)

Well, I for one am really looking forward to this cruise. It will be our first. We will be in WDW for a week before and we have 4 nights after too, but not sure where to stay then as yet.

Marc and I are at Villas at Wilderness Lodge for 3 nights after the cruise. This will be our third DVC resort that we're trying, all of them being after cruises! We hope, I think, to get to all of them but we're planning a large family get together in January 2009 so I think we'll be back at OKW then for a grand villa and one-bedroom units and then we may need to hold back a year or so to let the points rejuvenate.

Pirate costume bits and pieces have begun arriving, more fun clothes!

Michael

Must be great to be in DVC. We did stay at BWV for 3 nights last December which was very nice. Those rooms are getting ready for upgrading I think, but the location and general experience was great.

We are REALLY happy with DVC. We've only been members for a short while (August 2005, I think) and we just really look forward to these trips. We're so close to D'land that we're there at least twice a month. DVC has opened a whole new venture, including DCL!

Michael

We looked into the DVC the last time we were at Disneyworld. We thought it looked great and would have probably bought on the spot if we didn't already own a terrific time share.

Just back from a night away visiting my MIL. Glad to be home and planning this trip.:surfweb:

Bumping this up again in case there are any new cruisers looking for us!!! I don't like to be on page 3!

Getting us back on the first page for a bit. Things have been super busy out west and the signs of stopping are really nowhere in sight. I won't complain too much though as the weather has been beautiful and the 55 inches of snow over 2 days that my sister and her husband received back in Michigan were enough to remind me that I do belong out on the west coast!

Hoping all have had restful times!
Michael

Hi everyone,

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I have edited my 1st post to includes names, number of people in your party with children's ages if applicable) and where you are from. Please let me know if I made any mistakes and I will make the corrections. I will add new names as they come along. Almost 7 more months to go. I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)

Hope to hear from you all soon! and have a great week!

Vicki
