Waitlisted for OKW
2 bedroom and a studio 12/28 to 1/3/09. Crossing my fingers because this is a family reunion trip. The family decided on this time of year against my better judgement due to demand.

Well, I had some luck yesterday. My waitlist came through for a BCV 1 BR villa on 12/11!

I just finished up a trip for 20 people! It was actually easier when those attending didn't provide any input!

Planning a trip for 15 people! I hope that they are at least providing some input.

The only input that I have is when everyone is arriving and that my one brother in law and his wife don't want to do any "kid" meals (character meals). I guess they are too "cool" for that kind of stuff. I told them they could make their own plans for when we did Chef Mickeys. Oh and my MIL did say she would pay for several meals since I am doing all the planning!

The toughest part for me was not people cancelling, but those that said that did not want to go deciding that they wanted to go at the last minute. Coupled with those that said they were going adding guests at the last minute. Or wanted to extend their stays, etc. Cutting back accomodations is always easier than adding. I learned my lession though -- I think I'll leave everyone to fend for themselves from here on out.

I picked up a few days of my AKV waitlist, so I'm only waiting on 12/7 now ... I've got everything else booked! Yay!

I'm still waitlisted for VWL, no matches there yet. I think that Sunday is going to be the toughest day to get though.

20 people? I'm glad that you retained your sanity through it.

Same here! I wonder if they release some additional items into inventory? I think that 12/7 is going to be the toughest day to get for some reason, as it is a Sunday. Waiting on the 1BR SV here.
