Saw 6.09 on the way to the airport and it wasn't even what i'd consider a station rental cars fill up at. It's not on an exit of I5 that you'd use to get to the airport either. I missed the stations closer to the airport, I'll have to try and remember to look Sunday on the way home.

I don't want to think how much diesel must run there-it's close to $7 in our parts.

I thought so too. I know I haven't commented on anything in a bit. And I enjoy reading and trying to help others along their journey. Over here, we're just prodding along, trying to make ends meet, pay things off, not spend on stuff we don't need, just what's become the normal.

That said, a new 4-week budget started this morning for us. So I'll be doing a monthly update soon. Got family coming into town this weekend, and so it might not be this weekend. They want to cook out tomorrow and go out Sunday after church (they're all in town because DW is getting rebaptized). It'll be good to see all of them as we haven't spent much time with them since Christmas.

Be honest with them and cook at home or go out for one meal only. You have come a long way and before you know it the debt will be gone. Stay strong and do not succumb to the temptation of overspending

In Colorado for a long weekend and both are so much cheaper here than home. But they have a state income tax and we don't.
