debit card-purchase tickets

I want to use a simon gift card(debit card) to purchase tickets online. I have 118.00 on it. The tickets will cost 118.45. A few questions- can I use this card to purchase or does it have to be a credit card?
I dont have a credit card. I was going to pick up at gate to save shipping but not sure when i will be going-might not be unitl the summer. This card is not refillable so I cannot add more money to it.
Now this question might be stupid but will the purchase go though even though it is .45 cents short? Can i pay the differnce with another card? I think tomorrow is the last day to purchase the buy 1 get childs free.

I think it will most likely be denied! At the mall you have to know exactly how much you have and let them know to only run that amount. So maybe if you let them know...only run the 118.00 and you will pay the rest another way it could be possible.

Who knows for sure...all those things are different!
