ooh. thats harsh. in england, we have three fortnight holidays 'termly holiday' and halfway through each term, we have a 'half term' which is 1 week long. and we get inset days and bank holidays. but we only get the last 1/2 weeks of july, teh whole of august, and about 1/2/3/4 days into september we go back... but dont you get like. 2 months xD

Dear whoever,
I wish I could find a guy who *gets* me. Like, someone who understands my obsession with the 1960s-70s, and my taste in music. Someone who understands what the music means to me, what the bands mean to me. Someone who gets why The Beatles are my heroes. Someone who gets why it would mean so much to me to see Paul McCartney or The Who in concert. But the sad thing is, most people don’t get it. They think I’m crazy for loving music that’s older than my parents, and guys who are as old as my grandparents. All I want is a guy who’ll sit with me and listen to the White Album, or A Quick One, or Led Zeppelin IV, or any of my favorite albums, and not judge me for it. Is that so much to ask for?

We get from End of May to Middle of August off. We only had a 4 day spring break when every other school in our area was off for 1 and a half weeks. We also have a very stubborn superintendent and he will not let us off school even if the roads are COVERED in ICE!-what happened this year
