I just got done reading your Trip Report. I never seem to have the time to do a report and I rarely reply to any I read. I just returned from Disney 7 days and then a 4 day cruise on the Dream. This was an ultimate Disney Family vacation. I attended the MVMCP for the 1st time and loved it. Our girls loved the snow on main street and my husband ate his share of snickerdoodle cookies and we all had plenty of cocoa. Too bad on missing out on La Cellier, that is my husbands fav place to eat. Have a great trip. I don't know how close you live to Reading, PA Vanity Fair Outlets but they have a Dooney outlet and the last time I was there they had Disney bags. I came home w/ one(brown w/Mickey's) did not tell hubby how much it cost, LOL

So today I got a little package in the mail and got so excited! SOOOO EXCITED! .....and then it wasnt my bag! That was such a sad moment... DBF is going to get sick of hearing about this bag!

I just tracked it, and it "passed though Des Moines, IA" yesterday???? That's really odd - seems to be taking the scenic route... I was thinking that it should be delivered tomorrow, I hope it is, so you don't have to wait any longer.

We would not have been able to stay at AKV-Kidani, if it wasn't for the Disney Vacation Club.

Summer 2010 - we had a savanna view in a studio. It is so beautiful. We are looking forward to our 1 bedroom savanna view this Christmas. We use to stay at Moderate Resorts or Pop Century (which I love all those resorts for different reasons). We decided to invest in Disney and our future Disney trips.



You are staying at POFQ-French Quarter? Correct? I think this is what I remember from reading you PTR. I think it is so beautiful. Our first stay at Disney was at Riverside. It was amazing!

May I ask why you're indecisive? It may help you become more decisive.

Personally, I love online check-in. I love having everything ready for me when I arrive. I've only not done it once. It can be a time saver if the resort is busy ... but if the resort is slow, then it only shaves a minute or two.

I didnt even really think about it. Just did it. We'll see if I like it or not! It was just another think I could do for my trip so I was all for it!

I am staying at POFQ! I am so excited! Originally we were going to stay at the Value Movies which was my pick of the value resorts. Then POFQ was my Moderate choice. And then my DREAM resort to stay in is AKL! Someday I will stay there for sure!

So my best friend and her family are going to Disney World in January and it is a a birthday surprise who will turn 5 a day or so before they leave. They want to surprise her but they still havent figured out how yet.

Any suggestions? They are sure if they want to do it for Christmas or her Birthday. I say Birthday because its closer to their trip.


For the record, my best friend is in her mid 20's and my other best friend is in her almost mid 30's. My friend isnt 19 also with a five year old. Just wanted to make that clear.
