Friday night date night with hubby, which flick should we see, Dear John or When In Rome?

Well I can only speak for Dear John but it was really good. It had some funny moments, some that made you want to cry and just enough action to keep things interesting.

I usually let Rotten Tomatoes choose. If all is equal I usually let my DH of 16 years off the hook with Romantic Comedies, he has a much lower threshold for that sort of compromise than I do. For example, over the weekend "WE" saw Zombieland, which I liked very much because I love a funny black comedy. Not to say I don't adore a good tear jerker, I do, but I watched "The boys are back" and "Four Christmases" by myself because him falling asleep would only have ruined it for me, KWIM. Still, to each their own. I think we're taking the kids to see Lightening thief this weekend.
