Dear Disney: Where is my survey?

I have tons of feedback, but have not yet received a survey. Got back on Sunday. How long does it take to get it? Or are they simply not on "testing" anymore?
 
Not everyone gets an invitation to take the survey. I'd have liked one myself after my last trip, but no such luck. I've seen other posts from people who did get them since then, though, so I think it is probably a random selection type thing.
 
I got one and haven't set paw in parks yet.
 
It was at least a week after we got back before we got one.
 

Checked out AllStar Sports 1/5 and received a survey yesterday1/14. Received a different resort survey today but haven't had a chance to look at it.
 
I got one about a week after we got home that was about FP+/MDE/
Magic Bands.

And I rec'd another one yesterday, so I don't know if that is also from last month also. Haven't looked at that one yet.
 
We got home Saturday night, and I got the survey on Monday. Unfortunately, after asking 2 basic questions (one was my age...can't remember the other for sure, but I think it was whether we were from out of state), it said the survey was full, or somehting to that effect.
 
We stayed offsite at Thanksgiving. I would have LOVED to fill out a survey though.
 
We were down there ten nights this past May, eight nights in Sept, then ten more nights in Dec. We didn't get a survey for any of those trips.

I got a DHS specific survey on 1/10 and a general survey about my entire stay on 1/14.

We checked out on 1/5/14 and got our survey via email on 1/14.

Note that I was stopped just after entering one of the parks by a CM and asked if I would participate, I said yes, and they scanned my band to pull in our contact information.

I'm unsure if you'll get one if you didn't speak with a CM. We don't normally receive them after every trip, and we've been there 3 times in the last 12 months. We were last surveyed post-trip several years ago, again after a CM stopped us in AK and asked us if we would participate.

Just to follow up here, the survey from a few days ago was asking how I am preparing for my upcoming trip in terms of MDE app and website and FP+.
 
1/17 and no survey yet. And I get the emails for both my mom's reservation and mine (two rooms on two separate reservation numbers). Boohoo! It looks like I am emailing my comments to Guest Communications.

If it makes you feel any better, your comments will probably get more attention at GC. The surveys tend to gather numbers and key words for analysis, but may spend less time on verbatims than an e-mail to GC would.

Just be sure to keep the comments short, clear and organized. The easier it is for them to identify issues (both good and bad), the more likely those comments are to move along the communication highway.

Also ... if you want someone at GC to contact you, ask for that specifically. By sheer volume of mail, they can't respond to everyone, so if you want a response, say so.
