DeAnna's Wish Trip

I was so busy this week I forgot to come look to see if you got the package! Glad Levi liked his outfit! he is too cute! Love the dancing! Hope everyone is starting to feel better.

The Garrity's are feeling better and anxious to open the two packages from yesterday and the one from today.

The first package was from Jodi and it included sweatshirts, chapsticks, Candy Canes, and drink cups.

The 2nd package was from Canada judy (disname-hey-jude). It was for Levi. It was a safari themed outfit. It was something I really hoped he might get. 1.Levi says he wants to be a zoo man (zookeeper) when he grows up. 2. AK is one of our top priorities. He has this hat that his grandfather gave him and this outfit proved to be the perfect match for it. In this picture he is doing his best "tame the lion" impression.

The package from today was from Canada as well. Flora (disname -Purple Ears) sent the girls these great dresses. They are saving them for Lilo/Stitch breakfast.

Included in this package iwas another skirt that was bought from the auction of a different give. It was from Gail (Pooh4me). Tomorrow DeAnna goes to see the Dr (follow up after surgery) and has asked to wear this skirt. Levi wanted his picture taken again and so he was included. In this picture DeAnna is trying to hold back her laughter because Levi is singing to the toon of "spiderman, spiderman" the song "zooman, zooman"

So glad that DeAnna likes the skirt! I wanted to help contribute to the auction and when DeAnna was chosen for the big give, I saw this skirt and it was the perfect fit for her. So glad that I won the auction and Flora created such a beautiful skirt too! That's great she wants to wear it to the doctor's today! Praying that everything is progressing nicely in her healing!

Love the sweat shirts and all the goodies for the children! The safari outfit is great on Levi! Love his picture! Love the dresses that Flora made for the girls too! Perfect for their Lilo and Stitich breakfast!

Everyone looks just adorable in their outfits ! I especially love the Safari outfit (seeing I have boys ). I love the themed clothes .. makes each day even more special.

The safari hat really makes Levi's outfit! I'm so glad it fits and that he likes it. I was told that he liked hats so I thought the Mickey Safari hat applique would be a good choice but I didn't realize that he actually had a real safari hat to wear as well!

You are all going to be very well dressed for your day at Animal Kingdom.

I am glad that your family is feeling better. Thank you for posting the pictures of the girls wearing their dresses. Their smiles made the time spent on them totally worth it! I had to put extra tape around the package as I feared it would burst open along the way, so I am glad to see that it arrived in one piece.

I was totally humbled and honoured when Gail told me that she wanted to donate the skirt! I am glad that it fits Deanna well. I hope the doctor's appointment went smoothly today.

Judi's outfit looks awesome on Levi. His taming the lion pose was simply too cute!

Well, I was extremely excited yesterday, because I was fortunate enough to have lunch in person with Miss DeAnna and her mom! Flora...she was wearing your wonderful Princess skirt (it was beautiful!!!!) that Gail bought for her from the auction...it was paired with the pretty sparklely (sp?) Tink shirt that she received from a give too. She is absolutely adorable! I can't wait to hear all about their trip...they seem really excited about the trip!

Savanna...it was so nice to talk to you all yesterday in person. I did not realize it was so late when we left! I hope you all made it to the game in time for DeAnna to cheer. (You will have to show pictures of her cheering to us!) Thanks for sharing your family with everyone. I know I really enjoy hearing about their personality and all the things they do and say!

So yesterday, DeAnna and I had the honor of eating lunch with Lynn during her 6 week followup visit to the Dr (which was great). No new Dr. appointments until April. Yeah!! So when we came home we had a very busy night as DeAnna got to cheer her 1st ball game!! The kids and me got to open these great backpacks that Lynn made. Inside were all kids of goodies including 2 t-shirts for each, lots of little toys, crayon roll ups, coloring books, glow brackets, and just lots and lots of really great stuff. Notice DeAnna's Santa hat. Somehow Lynn found this Hawaiian Santa hat. Adrianna stayed at my moms because she did not feel well and this close to the trip we are trying to isolate and get everyone well. She is still there so pictures of her will have to come tomorrow.

I also go this really great organizing book. If anyone knows me, I love to be organized and this was my absolutely favorite item so I had my hubby take a picture of me with it to show you. The book has a page for each day with pockets and everything. LOVE IT!!

Did someone video DeAnna's singing performance Friday? If so, would you be willing to share it with us?

I read your post on the main thread about the wish button. I have read people say to let the tallest person wear it where it could be seen...and tell the first cast member you come in contact with at the attraction.

So I have a dear neighbor who is in her 80's and she received two of our give packages on her porch yesterday. But since she does not leave much did not discover them. I went over to take her a hot meal and there they were!

Oh the outfit looks darling on Adrianna. She is around the same age as my daughter and about the same size so I used Miss C as a model when making the skirt. LOL.
