Deals on Uggs?

So far my teenage daughter has been super happy with fake "Uggs" but this year for Christmas she would like real ones. She is 15 and i am quite certain her feet have stopped growing, so that is a plus. She also has learned to take good care of her expensive stuff. Anyone know of a good website or coupons or codes for these pricey boots!?

6pm.com has some good deals. They're deals change all the time, so keep checking back.

I haven't found any discounts much lower than $100 anywhere. If you can buy her a child's size, that's always a plus and a bit less expensive. There is an adult/child conversion chart floating around somewhere to see what size she'd need in childrens.

i think part of the allure of uggs is that they are so expensive
the big question is: does she want a specific style? normally, the discounted ones are not the basic, super poplular styles that everyone thinks of when uggs are mentioned.
there are a few options: see if there is an ugg outlet nearby (there aren't many ugg outlets, and basic styles are only slightly discounted). look for coupons from authorized retailers that don't exclude uggs - it only happens rarely now.

there is a listing on the ugg website of authorized retailers, so make sure you look there before buying. there are a lot of fakes.

i have tried every other pseudo-ugg (bearpaw, etc), and can honestly say that the real thing is definately worth the price tho

I saw some Uggs at City Sports yesterday on sale and I think you can use their 20% clearance code (on the front page of the website). The only problem was only bigger sizes were left. My DD bought for Fuggs from Costco last year and they really held up! Her Bearpaws don't hold up as well, but I bought a pair of Baily Button knock-offs for her this year anyway.

There really aren't any ugg deals. I bought one dd her uggs at nordstroms, and two years later they started to come apart, and Nordstrom replaced them, so I would recommend buying there.

There actually are deals just not this time of year. For any other Nordstrom shoppers, several styles of Uggs are on sale during their anniversary sale in the summer. I usually get myself and my Dd's at least 1 pair then.

Also if anyone has a Nordstrom Rack, try there. It's hit or miss but I just got a classic style for DD9 for $69.

If you have a Marshall's by you, you might be in luck. My local Marshall's has a few different varieties at very good prices right now.

Actually, Uggs will replace them for you . I bought my DD a pair a couple of years ago and the inside ripped about 5 months later. I called Ugg and they asked me to send them in and they sent me a new pair! GREAT customer service! Luckily for me, I had bought her boots a little big so we got two years out of them .

By fake Uggs do you mean sheepskin boots that are a different brand or boots that look like Uggs but are synthetic?
There are many different brands of real sheepskin boots.
If she wants the Ugg brand, 6pm has a few, Marshall and TJs usually has some also. They usually have a small selection though.

Do you use ebates? Maybe you could buy from a store that has a good cashback %.

Another suggestion is to search on the word "Uggs" here and come up with suggestions from previous years. That's how I settled on my DD's Costco Fuggs last year. They are real sheepskin and at $39-$49 a great price! I saw some at our local Costco last week. Not a member? You can have a friend who is buy a pair for you. Of course, if the OP's DD is really into the brand name on the back of her boot then only Uggs will do. Oh ... and don't buy from eBay as they are almost certainly fakes.

I got my two pairs from there 4 years ago (before I moved to the US). They're not the Ugg brand but I personally believe they are far more superior. I get compliments from friends all the time because of the colors and styles that I have (they're not as common as the ones you get locally).

I have a pair I purchased many years ago from a New Zealand company. I wore them all the time for years and they held up well. I could still wear them even though they are 10ish years old, but they aren't a color I like anymore.
I was nervous about buying from overseas but I didn't have much choice back then. It was when Ugg brand were sold out everywhere. They ended up being great and I was so glad I took a chance on them.
