Deals on small giftcards?

I want to make DD a gift card tree for her birthday but I really just want a bunch of $5-$10 cards. Is there someplace I can get any kind of deals on these? Like the $10 for $5 Starbucks one except not Starbucks (thinking Subway, Target, Walmart, etc).
